Welcome to the Up-Skill sessions an exciting way to up date your skills and knowledge.  You will work through a variety of different sessions using workbooks, case studies and practical applications to support your studies.

Up-Skill is split in to sessions each offering you the opportunity to developed a range of skills that you can study in your own time and at your own pace

This subject area is relevant to all apprenticeships.

Contained within this area are the following topics:

  • Managing money & personal finance
  • Making calls
  • Receiving calls
  • CV preparation and writing
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Personal and interpersoanl skills
  • Handling mail

On completion and submission of the Workbook to either your assessor or college tutor you will be awarded a certificate of achievement which will form part of your NVQ portfolio evidence.
